Nichole Biechler, Founder, is a creative problem solver who has the ability to make connections and see the "big-picture." Nichole's curiosity and passion for learning allow her to anticipate need in many different areas. Her diverse background ties closely together in the Human Resources sector with an emphasis in law, public relations, customer service and project management.
Nichole's work experience ranges from working in the corporate automotive finance industry, the non-profit community action world and local government. With a decade of experience with private, public and non-profit business environments, Nichole understands the unique drivers behind each culture and how to best maximize human capital management.
