ABOUT ME

Nichole Biechler, Founder, is a creative problem solver who has the ability to make connections and see the "big-picture." Nichole's curiosity and passion for learning allow her to anticipate need in many different areas. Her diverse background ties closely together in the Human Resources sector with an emphasis in law, public relations, customer service and project management.

Nichole's work experience ranges from working in the corporate automotive finance industry, the non-profit community action world and local government. With a decade of experience with private, public and non-profit business environments, Nichole understands the unique drivers behind each culture and how to best maximize human capital management.

Nichole holds an MBA in Business Administration from Marylhurst University as well as a Human Resource Management certification from Portland State University. Nichole obtained her undergraduate degree from Western Oregon University with a focus in Political Science and Legal Studies. Nichole's credentials include a SHRM-CP designation and an IPMA-SCP.

Passionate about giving back to her community, on a personal and professional level, Nichole founded the Columbia Gorge Human Resources Professionals, which provides networking, training and outreach for HR professionals throughout the Gorge. She also spends time working as a Service Corps. Member for 501 Commons, a non-profit organization that focuses on providing free consultative services to non-profit businesses in Oregon and Washington. She is also a Board Member for Wonderworks Children's Museum.

Nichole currently sits on the Board for the IPMA-HR Oregon chapter as well as being the Past-President and Founder for the AOC Oregon County Human Resources Professionals.

Nichole enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, music, exploring new restaurants, wineries and breweries. Supporting local small businesses is a cause close to her heart; having grown up in a small town and understanding the importance of community, Nichole enjoys spending a weekend strolling local shops and building relationships with owners and employees.
